shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours to 3 business days (excluding sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@saggacoffee.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

return and exchange policy

All food and beverage products are non-returnable. 

Cancellation policy

Your order can be cancelled if it has not been dispatched. If the product has been dispatched, please reach out to us at hello@saggacoffee.com for further assistance.

 

Return policy for all other items

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your request for return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the item you wish to return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly send us an email athello@saggacoffee.com and we will assist you with the process.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
